Anchor Life Support Services was founded with a clear purpose: to deliver structured, meaningful, and community-focused support that empowers adults with developmental disabilities to live more independent and fulfilling lives. We believe true progress happens beyond the classroom — through community inclusion, real-world engagement, and purposeful day programming. Our services are designed to move individuals forward, not just keep them occupied. Through community-based support, individualized planning, and small group settings, participants build essential life skills, develop social confidence, and explore pathways toward greater independence and career readiness.

Our leadership team brings extensive experience in disability services, community programming, and person-centered care. As a New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) approved provider, we work closely with families, support coordinators, and state agencies to ensure every participant receives high-quality, accountable, and compassionate support.
